Hey there I’m Cheikh!

I was born and grew up in Senegal. Food is a big part of our culture. It’s the time with family at home where your mum cooked for you and you laugh and share food around the table. As you get older it’s the moments you remember with your friends on the streets of Senegal trying local food and snacks from local food stands.

I moved to the UK 15 years ago and Cheltenham became my home 5 years ago working at some of the top restaurants in Cheltenham cooking food from other cultures, and now it is time to introduce mine.

Senegal is the country of hospitality. We pride ourselves on serving with energy and enthusiasm, with the biggest smile. We are proud of our food, in Senegal food rhymes with love and hospitality and we want to bring that philosophy to Cheltenham.
